Lifting The Fog On Rural Intelligence

I'm about to tell a Newfie joke, though what you're about to hear could just as easily play out at my local general store. New Brunswick is similar to Newfoundland, but with more cod, and less sex and oil.

The joke:

Guy# 1: What ya got dere?

Guy # 2: It's called a t'ermos (read: thermos)

Guy # 1: What's it do?

Guy # 2: It keeps hot t'ings hot, and cold t'ings cold.

Guy # 1: What ya got into it?

Guy # 2: A cup of tea and two popsicles.

The image of the lighthouse was taken at Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia. There was no fog when the image was taken, and the image is untouched by Photoshop. Can you imagine how I got the effect of fog?
